הצהרת נגישות

חשוב לנו שכל אחד ואחת יוכלו להשתמש באתר בנוחות ובעצמאות. התאמות הנגישות באתר נעשו בהתאם לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ"ח–1998, לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג–2013, ולהנחיות התקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 לרמה AA, המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.0.
מה עשינו באתר
- אפשר לנווט בכל האתר באמצעות המקלדת בלבד, עם סימון ברור של הרכיב שנמצא בפוקוס.
- קישור "דלגו לתוכן" בתחילת כל עמוד.
- מבנה כותרות היררכי ותגיות שמתאימות לקוראי מסך.
- טקסט חלופי לתמונות בעלות משמעות.
- ניגודיות צבעים שעומדת בדרישות התקן.
- תמיכה בהגדרת "הפחתת תנועה" של מערכת ההפעלה, ואפשרות לעצור את כל האנימציות.
- האתר מותאם למחשב, לטאבלט ולטלפון, וניתן להגדלה עד 200% בלי לאבד תוכן.
- האתר זמין בעברית, באנגלית ובצרפתית.
תפריט הנגישות
בפינת המסך יש כפתור נגישות. דרכו אפשר להגדיל את הטקסט, להפעיל ניגודיות גבוהה, לעצור אנימציות, להדגיש קישורים ולעבור לגופן קריא יותר. כפתור "איפוס התאמות" מחזיר את התצוגה למצב הרגיל.
דפדפנים ומכשירים
האתר תוכנן לעבוד בגרסאות העדכניות של הדפדפנים הנפוצים (כרום, ספארי, פיירפוקס ואדג'), במחשב ובנייד.
הסתייגות
אנחנו ממשיכים לבדוק ולשפר את נגישות האתר. ייתכן שעדיין יש רכיבים שאינם נגישים במלואם. אם נתקלתם בכזה, נשמח שתעדכנו אותנו, ונמסור לכם את המידע בדרך חלופית: בטלפון, בוואטסאפ או באימייל.

We want everyone to be able to use this site comfortably and independently. Its accessibility adjustments follow Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758–1998, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773–2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA, which is based on WCAG 2.0.
What we have done
- The whole site can be navigated with a keyboard alone, with a clear visible focus.
- A "skip to content" link at the top of every page.
- A logical heading structure and markup suited to screen readers.
- Alternative text for meaningful images.
- Colour contrast that meets the standard.
- Support for the operating system's "reduce motion" setting, plus an option to stop all animations.
- Works on desktop, tablet and phone, and can be zoomed to 200% without losing content.
- Available in Hebrew, English and French.
Accessibility menu
The accessibility button in the corner of the screen lets you enlarge text, switch to high contrast, stop animations, highlight links and use a more readable font. "Reset adjustments" returns the display to normal.
Browsers and devices
The site is designed to work in current versions of the common browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge), on desktop and mobile.
Limitations
We keep testing and improving the site's accessibility, and some parts may not yet be fully accessible. If you come across one, please let us know and we will give you the information another way: by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Our service is provided by phone, WhatsApp and email. We do not receive visitors at a physical office.

Menu d'accessibilité
Le bouton d'accessibilité, dans le coin de l'écran, permet d'agrandir le texte, d'activer un contraste élevé, d'arrêter les animations, de souligner les liens et d'utiliser une police plus lisible. « Réinitialiser » rétablit l'affichage normal.

Le site est conçu pour fonctionner avec les versions récentes des navigateurs courants (Chrome, Safari, Firefox et Edge), sur ordinateur et sur mobile.
Limites
Nous continuons à tester et à améliorer l'accessibilité du site, et certaines parties peuvent ne pas encore être entièrement accessibles. Si vous en rencontrez une, dites-le-nous : nous vous transmettrons l'information autrement, par téléphone, WhatsApp ou e-mail.
