ברוכים הבאים לאתר של I&A Tours (עידן ואריאל טורס), שמופעל על ידי עידן טויטו ואריאל גולדברג ("אנחנו"). השימוש באתר מהווה הסכמה לתנאים האלה. המסמך כתוב בלשון רבים ופונה לכל המגדרים.

מה אנחנו עושים

אנחנו מתכננים ומתאמים טיולים: טיסות, מלונות, ביטוח, הסעות ושירותים נוספים. את השירותים עצמם מספקים ספקים חיצוניים, כמו חברות תעופה, מלונות וחברות ביטוח, ואנחנו פועלים כמתווכים ביניכם לבינם.

השארת פרטים והצעות מחיר

פנייה אלינו בוואטסאפ, בטלפון או באימייל היא בקשה שנחזור אליכם, ואינה הזמנה מחייבת. הצעה הופכת להזמנה רק אחרי שאישרתם אותה במפורש ושולם עליה. מחירים וזמינות תלויים בספקים ועשויים להשתנות עד לרגע ההזמנה.

תנאי הספקים

על כל שירות חלים גם התנאים של הספק שמספק אותו, כולל כללי שינוי, ביטול, כבודה ודמי ביטול. נציג לכם את התנאים העיקריים לפני שתאשרו הזמנה.

ביטול עסקה

ביטול הזמנה ייעשה בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א–1981, ותקנות הגנת הצרכן (ביטול עסקה), התשע"א–2010, ובכפוף לתנאי הספקים. דמי הביטול וההחזרים הרלוונטיים יוצגו לכם בכתב לפני אישור ההזמנה.

האחריות שלכם

לוודא שהפרטים שמסרתם נכונים ומלאים, כולל שמות כפי שהם מופיעים בדרכון.
לדאוג לדרכון בתוקף, לוויזות ולכל אישור כניסה שנדרש ביעד. נשמח לעזור ולהכווין, אבל האחריות הסופית היא שלכם.
הזמנת שירותים מיועדת לבני 18 ומעלה.

הגבלת אחריות

אנחנו עושים כל מאמץ שהטיול שלכם יעבור בצורה מושלמת. עם זאת, איננו אחראים לנזק שנגרם מפעולה או מחדל של ספקים חיצוניים, או מנסיבות שאינן בשליטתנו, כמו מזג אוויר, שביתות, ביטולי טיסות או מצבי חירום, והכול בכפוף לדין.

קניין רוחני

השם, הלוגו, העיצוב, הטקסטים והתמונות באתר שייכים לנו. אין להעתיק או להשתמש בהם בלי אישור בכתב.

השימוש במידע האישי שלכם מוסבר במדיניות הפרטיות.

דין וסמכות שיפוט

על התנאים האלה חלים דיני מדינת ישראל. סמכות השיפוט נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בירושלים.

Welcome to the website of I&A Tours (Idan & Ariel Tours), operated by Idan Touitou and Ariel Goldberg ("we"). By using the site you agree to these terms.

What we do

We plan and coordinate trips: flights, hotels, insurance, transfers and other services. The services themselves are provided by third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels and insurers, and we act as intermediaries between you and them.

Enquiries and quotes

Contacting us by WhatsApp, phone or email is a request for us to contact you, not a binding booking. A proposal becomes a booking only after you explicitly approve it and it has been paid. Prices and availability depend on suppliers and may change until the moment of booking.

Supplier terms

Each service is also subject to its supplier's terms, including rules on changes, cancellations, baggage and cancellation fees. We will present the main terms to you before you approve a booking.

Cancellations

Cancellations are handled in accordance with Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771–2010, subject to supplier terms. Applicable cancellation fees and refunds will be given to you in writing before you approve a booking.

Your responsibilities

Make sure the details you give us are accurate and complete, including names exactly as they appear in passports.
Hold a valid passport, visas and any entry permits required at your destination. We are happy to help and advise, but the final responsibility is yours.
Bookings are for adults aged 18 and over.

Limitation of liability

We make every effort for your trip to go perfectly. However, we are not liable for damage caused by acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, or by circumstances beyond our control such as weather, strikes, flight cancellations or emergencies, all subject to applicable law.

Intellectual property

The name, logo, design, texts and images on this site belong to us. Do not copy or use them without our written permission.

Privacy

How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Jerusalem have jurisdiction.

Une proposition ne devient une réservation qu'après votre accord explicite et son paiement. Les prix et disponibilités dépendent des prestataires et peuvent évoluer jusqu'au moment de la réservation.

Conditions des prestataires

Chaque service est également soumis aux conditions de son prestataire, notamment en matière de modification, d'annulation, de bagages et de frais d'annulation. Nous vous présenterons les principales conditions avant que vous ne validiez une réservation.

Annulation

Les annulations sont traitées conformément à la loi israélienne sur la protection du consommateur de 1981 et à son règlement sur l'annulation des transactions de 2010, sous réserve des conditions des prestataires. Les frais d'annulation et remboursements applicables vous seront communiqués par écrit avant la validation de la réservation.

Vos responsabilités

Vérifier que les informations transmises sont exactes et complètes, y compris les noms tels qu'ils figurent sur les passeports.
Disposer d'un passeport valide, des visas et de toute autorisation d'entrée exigée à destination. Nous vous aidons volontiers, mais la responsabilité finale vous incombe.
Les réservations sont réservées aux personnes de 18 ans et plus.

Limitation de responsabilité

Nous faisons tout pour que votre voyage se déroule parfaitement. Toutefois, nous ne sommes pas responsables des dommages causés par les actes ou omissions de prestataires tiers, ni par des circonstances indépendantes de notre volonté (météo, grèves, annulations de vols, situations d'urgence), dans les limites prévues par la loi.

Propriété intellectuelle

Le nom, le logo, le design, les textes et les images de ce site nous appartiennent. Toute copie ou utilisation sans autorisation écrite est interdite.

Confidentialité

L'utilisation de vos données personnelles est expliquée dans notre politique de confidentialité.

Droit applicable et juridiction

Les présentes conditions sont régies par le droit de l'État d'Israël. Les tribunaux compétents de Jérusalem sont seuls compétents.
